Withdrawal Period: The period of 30 days during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the company and the consumer through an organized system for distance selling.

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Futmore and to every distance contract concluded between Futmore and the consumer.

ARTICLE 4 – OFFERS AND PRICING

All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

Futmore operates under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) policy for all shipments.

Transparency Guarantee: The price displayed at checkout is the final price. Futmore assumes responsibility for any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and related charges. You will never be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within a 30-day withdrawal period without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY AND FULFILLMENT

Orders are processed with the utmost care and attention.

We guarantee that our products conform to the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable standards of quality and usability that consumers may expect.
