When Can I Expect My Order?
To offer the best prices possible, we use an efficient international logistics network. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 PM are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the average delivery time is 6–11 business days. In most cases, the total delivery time is between 7–14 business days.
Do I Have to Pay Import Duties or Customs Fees?
No. At Futmore, all orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means we cover any applicable import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price—you will never be charged additional fees upon delivery.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are €6.95 per order. We offer free shipping on orders over €65.
How Do I Return My Order?
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team:

I'm Missing Items From My Order. What Should I Do?
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions or because items are dispatched from different distribution centers. Don't worry—the remaining items will usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first package.
What Should I Do If My Product Arrives Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and send them to contact@futmore.com. We will provide a replacement or another suitable solution at no additional cost.
