Return & Refund Policy

At Verona Labels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a transparent return process in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@futmore.com for instructions and the correct return address.

Please note that, according to our policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • All original labels and tags must still be attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Hygiene Exception: Products such as underwear, swimwear, or sealed beauty products can only be returned if the seal remains intact.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning your order is entirely the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number.

As the sender, you remain responsible for the return shipment until it has been received and processed by us.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
